Thomas is a Crowley native and parishioner of St. John’s Catholic Church in Mermentau. He first started working in real estate in college running financials for rental properties. Upon graduating from UL Lafayette with a degree in finance, he moved to Florida and joined Coast Properties selling real estate along Highway 30A in Northwest Florida. After three years of living in Florida, Thomas moved back to his home state and began the first full service property management business for vacation rentals and managing high-end homes on False River, St. Francisville, and Baton Rouge. Having worked in STRs for over 5 years, Thomas brings a sound understanding of short term investing and management.
